I liked them so much, I signed up for a service contract to cover all of the furnaces and hot water heaters in my home.

We reached out to 3 or 4 other service providers that were recommended to us but they never returned our calls. Jack Frost was available to come out the same day and installed my new furnace the next day! I thought that their price was reasonable and the installation team did an excellent job. They actually ran into an issue as they were firing up the furnace and persevered until the issue was resolved (which was actually a bit elusive). I liked them so much, I signed up for a service contract to cover all of the furnaces and hot water heaters in my home. Kudos!

Unbelievable service!

Unbelievable service! I woke up to no heat or hot water in the house. I called the company at 7:04 am for the first time ever and immediately they had someone come to my home! The technician was there on time and very knowledgeable and helpful! He fixed my problem and even serviced the furnace while they were here. I am now a dedicated customer thanks to their quick response and top-notch service! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

Very professional & helpful.

I called Jack Frost on behalf of my elderly Father; his Thermostat had stopped working and couldn't get hold of anyone to help. I spoke with Valerie on Friday night. She was very professional and helpful. An appointment was setup for Saturday morning. Thomas diagnosed that the issue was with the Thermostat and replaced it. He also was very professional and thorough. My Father is very satisfied overall with Jack Frost. We will definitely recommend Jack Frost to our family, friends, and neighbors.
